Chicken is tying its beak together with floss in defiance of some sort of political situation, after having yelled at Linnell's hair for being a white collar not-caring sort of guy, but he's explaining that he's no lawyer, and nor is his hair, they just recently decided to take up the wearing of ties to spice up their life
